What We Cost

Residential Property

At D’Arcy & Co, Solicitors, Kildare, our professional fee will generally be a minimum of

  • €1,750 plus VAT for transactions below €450,000. 

  • €1,850 plus VAT for transactions €450,000 to €600,000.

  • €1,950 plus VAT for transactions over €600,000

We are happy to provide a fixed fee quote once clients have gone sale agreed.

Probate and Wills

For the Administration of an estate, our typical fees are:-

  • No Grant of Representation: €1,500 plus VAT

  • Grant with cash assets only: €2,750 plus VAT

  • Grant with land/property assets: €3,500 plus VAT

  • Large/complex estates: €5,500 plus VAT

  • In relation to Wills we generally charge €180 plus VAT.
